Our goal is to answer all e-mails within 12 business hours. Please be aware that we are a factory and only work during regular business hours. Of course you are also free to call us at the same number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and leave a message on our automated answering system. A 'real live' person will return your call within 12 business hours.
