FAQ's

We have created this page to answer some frequently asked questions.

1. How can you sell at such low prices. The prices that we see at the store are at least double than what you are selling the furniture for?

Answer: We are a factory. We sell our products to stores, hotels, timeshares and decorators. Through this site, we sell to the public. We sell to the public at wholesale prices, so you are getting the furniture for the same price that the store pays us. You are saving the profit of the store.

2. Is the quality lower because we are paying such a low price?

Answer: No, you are getting the same high quality furniture that the stores are getting. The only difference is that the furniture coming off of the production line has your name on the box instead of the store.

3. How does your furniture differ from your competition?

Answer: We use better grades of steel in the frames and better grades of foam in the seats. We use better grades of material for the seat boards. We hand wash and batch paint all of the frames. Although this is slower and more expensive than using conveyerized equipment, we get a better substrate to paint on and a more consistent, chip resistant finish.

4. We have seen your barstools at retail stores.

Answer: We do not normally sell the furniture that you see on our website to retail stores. At the moment there are four major manufacturers building this style. If you have seen a similar product, the chances are that is manufactured in China by Pastel or Tempo or manufactured in Mexico by Kessler. Click here to see a history of this particular style.

5. Do you build other furniture than what is on the web site?

Answer: Because of our relationships with our dealers, we have a very small selection of our entire line on the site. Depending upon where you live, we may be able to sell other items to you. You would have to contact the factory for authorization to enter our full site.

6. Can we order custom built furniture?

Answer: We can do custom work.

7. What is your lead time?

Answer: Our normal lead time is four weeks.

8. Is there a warranty on your products.

Answer: There is a warranty and a customer satisfaction grantee. Click here for warranty details.

9. How do I pay for the furniture.

Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and money orders. We do not accept American Express or cash.
